This tool was developed by a professional and is widely used by professionals with many years of experience in the home maintenance business.

I have been testing and modifying a prototype of this tool that I first designed in 1987. I began using this tool for my own benefit and began offering it for sale in September 2002.

My new gutter cleaning tool is a 3-piece self-contained kit consisting of an aluminum telescopic twist-lock extension pole that is 3/8" by 4' long, which when extended reaches 8'. At the end is a 1/2" x 2-3/4" plastic plate for scraping the gutter clean. Also attached is a Velcro strap that allows the user to attach the pair of PVC gloves and bucket hook for convenient storage. The handle has a convenient hole for hanging on the garage wall when not being used.
